No im not continuing from the previous post, cos its redundant.

Well, poly application was unsuccessful again, maybe its destiny tt im not poly material. Its ok though, but what irks me that i believe its a bloody stupid system tt practices favouritism.

Because folks, you see, i did meet the criteria for poly admission , so did a few of my classmates, but only a certain racial group got accepted. Arie and me got left out, the only non favoured persons who made it were those who got perfect GPA's. Well, fuck them anywhose.

Well, im working at MAJ Aviation now full time as an aircraft technician until i am enlisted in NS. Pay is more then enough for me to survive solo and even have leftovers the next month. So i took the opportunity to get myself a new electric guitar cos its not always im rich, =P...

This baby's an Ibanez RG 7321. 7 Stringed model. Conventional guitars are 6 stringed, but i wanna try new stuff... surprisingly, it was nt hard to adapt since the stigma of an added string can be intimidating. Planning for an upgrade starting with the pickups then capacitors too.

Aint she a beauty eh,hahaha.

Lastly, a note on my future endeavours, im still mindfucking myself on where to go, there are so many options but i dont know which to choose now.... Private Diploma?? Part- time diploma with SP?? Start Licensed Aircraft Engineer training?? Major in avionics or engines or just stick to my boring-er but easy as hell cabin maintenance?? But, let me ponder on those after national slavery la hor, get it over and done with!! =D

Gosh im tired,

I promised myself a weekend marathon of FF XIII-ing, but it was not meant to be lo... Mon-Fri got work then today i had to commit myself to Kings'. There's never a totally free day yea, come back also so shack how to play?? FF aint just a video game lor, it loses its magic when you dont feel at optimum levels.

Hmmm, so just 4 days more til i know if i make it to polytechnic... i applied to all the polys , and also hoped i fulfilled the GPA criteria but as always i do have a backup plan if i dont get in and the appeals dont work.

In which case, id dump further education fully and full time at MAJ Aviation until i get called called up for National Slavery.

Afterwhich i apply for a Licensed Aircraft Engineer's permit and commit 10 years in SIA EC or ST Aerospace. THEN move to Dubai or wherever to reap the rewards of the aviation industry.. By time i hope i get married too la hor. lol.

On other matters, this month no one seems to be lucky in love lor, people start losing their spouses and have frequent arguments. I sympathize with my bro JunAn in his recent scuffles. What he go through, most of us teens cant handle for sure and i salute him for being headstrong. Everyone can say they got bgr problem over the most slightest of nonsensical stuff((ahemm....=P)), but what Jun is facing is of a whole new level which i will not disclose here. I just wish him all the best.

Wee~hooo!! Finally got the game of destiny just now, My Final Fantasy 13 finally arrived after 4 long months since i ordered lor, started playing like immediately when i reached home,

The graphics were superb as fuck, can even see the hair strands of the character move with the wind when controlling lo, then their lips also like have those lines which we have in real life too, soo awesome much,

The story so far is kinda interesting, the world is controlled by mechanical beings, and those mechanical beings mark people by some kinda crystal to fulfill some destiny, if they dont fulfill, then they turn into zombie like stuff, the main character Lightning who is this girl in the pic above, happens to get marked by the mechs, and her destiny is to destroy both the mech beings and the human city.... ironic but hey, surely the story will turn out righteous,, its Final Fantasy, it always has been one of the best stories ever told!!

And lemme intro you to Vanille, one of the characters in the game, shes soooooo superly cute and her voice and character is so child like and just tooo bloody adorable i wish she was a friend of mine like for real!!

School has ended for good.. its just 18th march gotta go back for one day. As much as i bloody hate to, there has to be a goodbye, gonna bloody miss the Yishun campus canteen, the more then 10 various smoking corners which are immune to teacher capture, the canteen, the canteen, the canteen, maybe the aerospace block which i dominated and know what is there to know on the practical sets and of course the canteen and finally the canteen. =D ,

Well, in that sad parting also got goodnews lor, MAJ Aviation is drafting a contract to hire me for good... or at least til i serve the nation, the pay is soo fuckin awesome at $10/hr , so if i work for 5 days at 8 hrs for 4 weeks = 1600 a month.... **faints**, can get the axe of my dreams BEFORE i start recording.

Moooosic news= old eargasm is actually alive with me, russ, arie and another new guy faizulah, we'd be doing whatever the fuck we wanna and no one can say shit about it, its ours and its all about us having the time of our lives..... then then my 2nd band with a stupid name Crestfallen Madden, is playing a gig on 17th april,, but i feel like cancelling cos theres another gig elsewhere that RUDRA is playing and i dun wanna miss that!!

Loike yahoo lor, attachments near over like real soon, graduation is so near too.. Everything is transiting like so quickly its hard to keep up. Feels like yesterday only i got in to yishun ite lor. Met awesome friends in there , so much cheers and a hell lot more beers. Will surely miss the times. Also am like soo gonna miss seeing amy at the bus stop lor, times we both look at hot guys and stuff...haha, happy days, one for the books.

Also, id like to thank my awesome mates from the pipe band for helping me so dearly much with my mums issue, you guys collected like 600 bucks in a week just to help my mum out, you guys are the best even though you can like choose to ignore my mums plight.... and i hope i can give you back everything by helping to secure the championship this year too!! On music news, My new black metal project DEITY will be up and running soon, not sure if wanna make it a band or just a recording project yet though.Serpen Tina is on vokills and me on guitars,the rest later... got 4 songs to record. Lets see how things go aye. =D

Its about time i decided, im gonna release my own album, not for fame of course or shit like that,its bloody poison, basically its just to get the sounds in my head into reality and check out if people dig my musical creativity.., most likely be printing at most a hundred copies for small scale distribution,

Genre to be Melodic black metal, just to get the old eargasm stuff and a bit of new stuff from myself to the metal community in our country,

I will be on lead/rhythm guitars and bass((multi track recording uh i dont have 6 pairs of hands:P))

Drums i'll get MY trusty and knowledgeable producer Tharenii from White Noise Records to programme and the very beautiful Serpentina Lillith has agreed to perform vocal duties. =D

After my material is done, im devoting my guitar commitments wholly to 2 bands who called me up,,Karodh who plays melodic death metal and also part-timing for peterskyes' deathcore band if he calls me up again.

Another update, on my life this time la hor.

Attachment this time is gonna be over, that means no more smoking with Jon in the airport and no more hoping to bump into Amy Nabilah at NP busstop, ...((Thanks for the shoutout hor, appreciate it and ILY2.=)) Bummers.. But hey, im bloody graduating in less then a month and i hope theres more to just abruptly ending and suddenly be thrown into the military, like for the love of mum and son, im sooo not ready and dont intend to for it lor.

Oh yea, boss at work threw me a cheque for chinese new year, and all my time working there i thought he was a stingy fart lor, always delaying my allowance and asking me to do extra stuff, but then i realise it was all for a purpose lor, cunning man,

Then, haha, will be having a nice long break this coming days, hope to sleep it off and have some quality time with the playstation 3, and my valentine's been postponed to the following week or so due to the fair maiden not being in the country on the 14th((besides, nowhere is opened too,lol)), so the extra funding boss gave might come in handy so she could have the best day of her life. =D=D Gosh im excited as heaven.

Blouuuuudy bassterddd... Muse was effin' awesome much, the sound wasnt tt great cos indoor stadium sonically sucks due to its stupid shape, but it was still great. They played 19 songs, only didnt know 1 of em so i did not waste my money, =P

Jon and i reached stadium at 5 ish, queued at the premier entrance for Pen B, cos we're poor!

Went in by 6.30 ish, surrounded by noisy ass angmohs who think this is england, but we had masterplans bebehh, jon and i were supposed to open army of two mosh mayhem in order to pound our way to the front, WHICH WE FUCKIN' DID SUCCESSFULLY!

The sad part was the faggot opening act Saosin sucked monkey balls and peanuts, fuck their post hardcore emo shit, not even moshable, made me look like a scene kid moshing to them,but alas, we were at the front of Pen B. =D,

After Saosin played their shitty set another opener came on, a punk band this time, Rise Against, they were actually quite good lor, headbangable at least, tried to enjoy their set till 9.30 when they ended.

THEN! the real challenge started,.......waiting.......... as if we never had enough of that, it wasnt until 10.30 pm did muse graced us with their godlike presence with an awesome intro video which was very space like and science-y,hahaha and that sudden eruption to the song

"Uprising". Wish i was there again lor, =(

Their whole set lasted til 11.45 pm, which was actually longer then most fucked up money sucking bands ala "cough,ahem,, avenged,, ehemmm,,,,seven...fold".... overall an insane concert ! Great job matt bellamy!!

Finally had my social life restored today, after a week of 12 hour workshits its about time to unwind and chillax lo.

Continued Darksiders on my beloved Playstacion Tres, defeated Silitha today , a huge ass demonic spider thing, and acquired 3 new abyssal armor pieces today, which means its 8/10 now, 2 more to go until my character can have a full armor which just looks plain badass.

Then made plans with Fee to go watch Legion today with her, was supposed to go to causeway point actually but we were running late and also kinda lazy to travel, so we settled for ye olde' gv yishun instead,hahaha. Lunched together at sakura , then walked around the mall for abit before entering the cineplex. It was an ok movie but too much dialogue for comfort lor. Overall though, it was an awesome day, had a ton of fun+lots of humour! Definitely a one to remember.

Last day of chilling tmr then back to 12 hour hell. Plus band performance on mon night..*faints*. Gotta catch up on my beauty sleep la hor, au revoir.

Currently at work, just finish a hell load of component repairs in a span of 2 hours! Thats a bloody new record .

Went aboard aircraft last week, SIA's Airbus 330 to do some cabin maintenance, getting to changi airport's runway was a bitch, the security procedure was bloody cumbersome, took a bit of pictures but cleverly forgot to get some cockpit pix, hahaha, was playing with the joystick and some controls lor... ignoring the huge "do not touch" sticker there.. Also first time in my life i did such awesome stuff.

Met Jon a couple of times at the airport too, he knows the place better then me siolzz, lol.

Yesterday was a bitch, saw a friend and he completely ignored me and walked ahead, tts the cool thing to do now i suppose,,made me reflect also on why the hell am i being nice to people for, well, brush it aside la hor, at least the chicks arent doing tt to me.=P

Finally got to meet Fatin after BB band last friday, chilled with her and dhina till 10 ish at night, had a good time of catching up with her.

3rd straight weekend came home drunk this time was especially bad as drinking sessions were with the guys from 613(( if you dont know them, you wont wanna pick a fight with an indian there.=) ))... Dhina got fucked by them for talking false stuff,hahahaha, i was just enjoying the booze and company, but its all good in the end,

Beer hits hard.. and the recovery phase is especially as difficult as compared to liquors IMO, still nursing a heartburn and dehydration as of now.

Alas, a new year has begun, had an awesome alcohol abusing time with my bestest most trustworthy dudes, Russel, Jon and Dhina, Dhina as usual got wasted.. Bombay sapphire and Jack Dan's was on the menu, premium stuff just to kick off the new year!!

Christmas was awesome too, spent it with less people this year due to economic crisis, hahaha, but tt didnt stop me from getting 2 bottles of XO and vodka lor, =P

Will not go into detail as all the moments were kinda forgotten due to after effects.lol,

Other then that, heh, 3 founding members quit eargasm, if you look at the myspace, its kinda naked cos it got raped by me... Russel, Arie and me quit due to ruzaimi the bassman being an overfucked asshole by preferring to pursue fame and glory rather than quality music, as i mentioned, all of us dont have this desire so we decided to leave, =), simple as that... Besides, its wasting all of our 3 talents lor .

Ahhh, its been a while,

Work was great, im actually servicing aircraft lor, alas the tinier ones lor, been doing stuff for the airbus a330 lately, like those jetstar asia,silkair,tiger airways kinda planes. Nothing too technical, just screwing and unscrewing and sealing and cleaning and stuff. Still honourable though, im getting paid lor, i feel so proffesional like. =P, unfortunately since sept 11, picture taking is an automatic jail sentence.. =.=

Waking up is a biatch lor, yishun to changi not friendly to the body's pattern of rest, thank God can catchup on christmas holiday season.

In other stuff, well, the gig went pretty well, everything was smooth and we got a few other offers which we will not be taking part in due to riffs and politics in eargasm. A representative wanted a demo record from us lor, tt would mean more showcase opportunities and probably in 3 years or so time, a record deal. But im not ready for that la hor, sheesh, im not even interested cos music is a stress relief and imaginative hobby for me, i dont wanna make it huge playing metal cos the music industry is so bleahzz that we would end up losing more then we gain.
Its not like we have anything to gain though, just "popularity" and vanity and shit. Anyone who knows me for a while would know that its not my true desire, i dont give a monkeys arm if we are unknown in the first place.

So like tt lor, what a dilemma eh, i miss the days when friendship was more important then conflict and when it was always fun to jam. Well, life lessons perhaps.

Starting work on monday 14/12/09, at Changi airport as a trainee technician, all the way til i graduate, can finally see some huge ass airplanes and like touch them for real. hahaha,Its about time, hope all goes well and also pray tt the paycheck would be sufficient. Most impt though, i really wanna get out of there learning new stuff and applying it in real life, being an aerospace tech was like a dream since i was 14 , at least im lucky enough to get to study it. =D

Other news, well, gig is on this thursday at blackhole 212, we taken up a new image and attire and it will be russel-less,cos he just left us hanging like tt. =.=. But fret not, sabazous will be taking in his shoes for tt day only and also we found a new vocalist to be a permanent replacement from next year onwards, its a she this time and shes HOT! =P, still can pull off those black metal vocals nicely!!, well, just pray she intends to stay longer la hor. We guys are pretty scary ye know, =P

Finally got the new guitar MFX, more then enough to put a smile on my face already. Im retiring my zoom G1J and Vox V847 Wah and is kinda up for sale, no ads posted yet though, i wanna keep it as long as possible til i really got no cash only will i advertise it wholly.

Spent $260 today on the Korg AX 3000 G, got this instead of the pod xt live as its almost the same and its a bit smaller and its 200 bucks cheaper. =P. Currently its my pride and joy and i could even name my sounds lor!! cool or what, i dialled in this razor sharp and rough distortion tone and named it 666 ,hahaha, tt will be my main distortion model from now on. Was money well spent, after 3 months and 1100 spent, only got 400 left for christmas and new yrs alcohol supply, Absinthe got legal in singapore,, so imma gonna hunt for it. =D

Finally, we're free to play after all the nonsensical plagues tt have been ripping my band apart. Glad to announce we have an upcoming gig, nothing too big, just a warm up this one. And also due to the fact that Arie and I are stuck in school for 8 hours every single day, we barely have time to free a saturday for a bigger gig so might as well be contempt with a smaller thursday one to get our mojo back. =D

This gig is something new, would be debuting our new song(the complete edited illumination) and also be in a new get-up, introducing more chains and corpse paint! hahaha, pvre blaspvemic kvlt blavk metvl, oh and russel wont be singing in this for reasons unknown and we'd have a session vocalist to take over.Also, We'd have been featured lor but none of us free to play on both dates so im stil content with Eargasm being a guest band.=)

Finally got my butt to church today after several weeks, and it felt refreshing to feel good spiritually. Things started changing too lo, saw shareen and secured a date with her next week!=D, then got Fatin suddenly msg and will be meeting her soon too, and definitely not forgetting Fee and since its her birthday , i hope i can do something to spread the cheer.=D Ha, also met dudette after a mighty long while lor! Man, i love church, instant change in your life. =)

After church met dudette at np to go walk around and catch a movie at GV , Khai bludhaven suddenly pop by then we included him too. Dudette gave me an awesome late bdae present lor, its a small scale model of a legendary rickenbacker guitar , i love her to bits for that even though its small-ish. =P

After the half boring Mikhail Abdullah movie, we bid her farewell and had to help khai with his filming stuff then headed to lee studio to catch Ali's band practicing, they're kinda good btw, much more music sounding than nearly all of northland's home grown bands.

Then finally, met an old friend Yong Gui for some money thing, he made a business proposition with me that only an idiot would refuse and that i could earn money by just talking and introducing people, attractive cash too. Will be looking at that to supplement my financial gains, and if its generous, i make a solemn oath 10% of what i earn will go charity. =D, even though how little.

Schools been rather repetitive so i shall not elaborate on the happenings. Just came back frm ten course dinner at Jurong from a band performance, stuffed my self silly with free food now it hurts.

Set my eyes on a new guitar mfx, a korg ax3000g, so all i have to do now is wait for the year end sale. =P

And mum's been acting strange lately, shes taking way too much cash frm me, it was 20, and then 50, then came the 100s and just now when i not home, she toook 200!!! I cant believe her lor, like that how to go overseas vacation uhh? Come on mum, be nice and return my cash yea. ='(.

Heh, its been a while.

Seemingly random a post today, my dear lifeless friend has not had any limelight except for the jamming sessions and gigs,so i might as well shed a light on him/her/it.

Its none other than my very own six stringed warmaster holocaust bringer aka my guitar. =.="

Its my second and most comfortable and definitely fail proof Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus. Affectionately known as "Cherry" due to its colour scheme and a personal tribute to the only person who knows me best inside out ((other than my parents)) ,Charisma.

Bought it when i got sliiiightly better at guitar back in october(date forgot,sigh) 2006 when i finally learnt my first song and knew more chords, hahahaha, priced at $630, it was a wallet bomber of course but now its money well spent. But of course any guitar lacks character if its not modded. =P

Its now loaded with Seymour Duncan SH-2 Jazz and SH-5 Custom pickups(the black thingy with screws) at the neck and bridge respectively , potentiometers of volume and tone knobs are changed to some japanese brand called Gotoh , toggle switch swapped for an all metal Korean one (trust me, country of origin in VERY impt. in the guitar world,lol) and lastly the capacitors are also swapped out from shitty noisy ones to orange droplet capacitors, and thus a guitar of my dreams is born and another $500 poorer i have grown over the past years.

Its strings are in the gauge of 11 through 52,Beefy Slinky, which is kinda uncommon as most people i know use 9 through 42,Super Slinky, but fabian want thicker and chunkier sound you see, but the payoff is more tired hands lor. =D and and and ALWAYS! use Ernie Ball!!

Also, many stickers adorn its face due to some funny creative thinking i possess, from black metal band stickers to miley cyrus covered by a decepticon logo and stuff. Its all in the spirit of ruggedness though. =P

(sorry, its been a good 2 months since i last changed the strings, rustbucket!)

Alas, that ends the insight to my machine of music(if you can call it that, =P) and its been a great 3 years and hopefully much more!=D

Was near sleep-ness on wednesday night(thursday morning politically correct) at 2am when my dad randomly wanted to go to Indonesia (Tanjung Balai Karimun),,,, and Fabian being unhappy camper with a positive financial outlook, agreed to go and took my haversack with an extra shirt and boxers for the 1 night trip. Left the same day at 5.30am and went to harbourfront ferry terminal. Its been a while since i last took a ferry and was glad i decided to go .

Dad covered the ferry tics at 57 bucks for a two way ticket. Waited til' 7 for ferry to depart, the boat had a stupid name, it was called "penguin pride". =.= . Was an Ok journey ar, smoked secretly in the back and slipknot accompanied me by mp3 for most of the 1.5 hour journey through the waters.

Amazing how many jiwe my dad has over there, he's practically friends with everyone in tanjung balai, from the immigration officers right down to the roadside beggar. And i used to worry everytime he went to Indon alone.hahahaha, but now i see its as good as yishun over there lor. His friends are fun people though, can really laugh when chilling with them.

Best part ar, my dad got us separate rooms , it was a 3 star hotel so stuff were pretty much decent. As soon as we checked in, he practically dumped me and carry on his own stuff and i do mine. Ok lor like tt, hahaha, immediately went out to get 2 packs of cigs, Gg Surya and Djarum Hitam, both packets cost like only 2.50 sing dollars lor.. SO WTH!!

Then went deeper in the market to shop for stuff, bought a military jacket , two original levi's jeans, kappa shoes , and 2 pairs of converse slippers(the one which i ALWAYS! wear). Spent close to 100-110 sing dollars on all the stuff. Still bloody cheap considering levis in s'pore cost at least above 50 a piece.

The rest of the day was as usual lor,lepak and stuff. Dad was a machine, smoking and drinking through the whole night, but i didnt wanna bother him, it was his chillax period afterall. At night called home and a few members to ask them about school results, and tt was about it lor, accomplished the mission. While dad was guzzling down all sorts of beers, fabian watch tv and smoked to sleep.

Thank God i woke up this morning, haha , air con was bloody freezing till i had to put on 3 layers of shirts under thick comforters and quilts, had another surya and packed my stuff. Went down to shop to get a lighter(8 singapore cents, can you bloody believe that?).

Then just outside this small girl was giving me the "face" asking me to buy a newspaper from her , i pitied her lor, then give her 4 sing dollars, the smile on her face after that was priceless i tell you , i almost emptied my wallet.hahaha, gave her cute ass brother some cash too and prepared to get back home.

Same story smoked at the back of the ferry (now called penguin excellence....=.=) and this time accompanied by metallica and megadeth. Reached home around 3 plus this afternoon. Power lor the trip, am sure returning there for sure, this time with Russel and a few more jiwe members.=D

After,went to look around and got myself a new red pair of converse chuck taylors, nth else then went to penin to buy two packs of guitar strings(its been 2 months since i last changed strings dammit) and a studded belt for gigs.

Tts all i bought lor, after like 6 hours out? can say i shop like a girl la hor, but nvm, at least can think properly before buying. =P

Tomorrow or Friday gonna be best, russel and his unknown or non-existent(lol) date and me and Shareen are gonna go out to highlander bar and restaurant at clark quay to splurge on some better things in life. Shareen was a last min replacement after some dumb incident happened, but its ok though, i got a hot date instead, must be destiny i guess. =D=D

Seemed to have cooled down from being a fuckin' academic underachiever. Still gonna complain though.

Today was good, band-ed and after a loooong while, had a bloody beer while the rest of the guys played with candles and sparklers, the flashback from the cambodian incident( back in 2005, when the band was on an invitational tour to cambodia,i had 3 cans of their local beer, it turned out tt it was bloody poisoned and i felt my sickest((no joke, almost coma-ed)), after that, i never downed beer again until today.=D, ).

So as i was saying, the cambodian incident hampered my beer guzzling abilities and i cant go past one can anymore, btw, any of you fuckers criticizing me now behind your screen, i invite you to go one on one on neat or rocked Gin,Scotch, Bourbon,Vodka,Rum,Triple Sec or Reposado, i call you hang jebat if you can outlast.=P,

Ohohoh! December got another invitational to play at KL to expose pipes and drums to the students there, hope i can attend cos the last malaysia trip was off the hook, everywhere around the region we tour sure we get treated like royalty(except melbourne.white ppl all too proud) and im uber thankful for that. Praying that attachment wont clash with the dates.

On other issues, Monday is the start of the "Fabian's once in 3 years shopping bombardment", start with a new hp then tues go get shoes, bloody need it alr lo, tues also treating myself and Shareen to a dinner at highlander bar and restaurant. Finished check-up for NS the 2nd time, hopefully there will be a 3rd time as tt means i get to defer again nxt year,=P. Thilak sent and fetched me to and fro to the place on his honda nsr sp 150 or smth like tt, lol. I promise everytime i pillion him i can see my life flash before my very eyes. It was bloody raining and tt feller had a near-botak rear tire and he still could speed and swerve through traffic and go into lightspeed on the expressway. The rain against my skin felt like bullets dammit!! hahahaha, But Fabian still alive and well la hor. Worrying not.=)

On other matters, im finally planning some cash splurging day in mid october when i hope im richer. Need to get 2 new converse high tops or 1 converse and 1 nike high tops. Maybe a new pair of jeans and a leather jacket, new big ass metal cross, 2 more band tees, and maybe a hair cut.LoL.

Also definitely buying new ps3 games and music cd's. Have to get my hands on some titles i've been eyeing, and of course go dine somewhere fancy!=D, Don't think i will be getting a new guitar as i dont see the actual NEED for it since my les paul already feels and sounds like heaven now. Effects might be.... but sure will be waiting for the sale!=)

Hope all the abovementioned will not be a fantasy for too long lor, as i said, its about time!

Ahh, im typing again, like finally.

Well, yesterday was fun, went to exxonmobil refinery to perform with BB for (wait for it) Vodafone McLaren Mercedes 2nd Driver Heikki Kovalainen. The dude's a friggin proffesional F1 driver. Its been a while since we performed for a famous person, the last one being for Ho Peng Kee, lol. Took a pic with the guy and now the photo is hanging proudly on my cupboard alongside me and the president of our nation and me with the duke of edinburgh aka the queen of englands husband.

Starting to love BB again, its been a while since the communism period is finally diminishing i think. Well, hope thats all good and i hope to be with them til' kingdom come.

On another note, i think im beginning to doubt our local metal scene, firstly its affecting my relationship with God and also MY band is under criticism by some stupid local metal hero. I never intended us to be black metal, i know my songs are creepy and have a haunting feeling, but i aint sticking to that. All stuff i write are based on the feeling i have at tt given point of time. I have no room to broaden my musical palette because of this assclown who thinks its wrong for black metal acts to incorporate any other genres into our music because he thinks only posers will do that. Its no wonder people like this are so shallow in their music composing skills that everything they ever make sounds so lacking or its just like something you heard somewhere before.

So yea, i've kinda decided, after i make my 4 track demo live recording(YES LIVE RECORDING, dun wanna waste my cash on multi tracks), im gonna bring eargasm back to being a jamming band and have nothing to do with the underground ever again and i can concentrate on my future career fixing aircraft instead of going all "satanic metal like" and ending up like our metal hero whose guarding some other ppl's property every night.

Nice lesson learnt from our brief gigging stint, its not as glamourous as one might think..., so political..., just like our fucking country. =)

I feel so "errrrghhh!!wtf-ish!!!" right now. hahaha. So, well this is how it goes.

Someone(actually the wife of my other band's vocalists), send me a facebook comment questioning the originality of my latest song composition, "illumination of ......" . Best part she made it sound like i ripped out the WHOLE SONG! from her hubby.....But i dunno why he didnt call me up to say anything.....and ONLY A 20 SECOND-ish SEGMENT SOUNDS SLIIIIIIIIGGGGGHHHTTTTTTLY ALIKE to his own original song.

BUT! fabian no rip off, i was watching zorro a couple of weeks backs and this flamenco phrase caught my attention, thats the inspiration for the 20 second-ish riff and thus, not from his song.

So yea, thats my story morning glory, it hurts to be accused of this kind of plagiarism lor cos i had no intention of ripping peoples tunes, i know how hard its like to make a song and i really respect peoples talents and abilities in such skills. You can check out the difference in the video i posted on my fb profile. The first is his riff and the after 0.20, its mine. Only the first 3 notes are the same cos it happens to fall on the same Key, this is natural music, cant do anything about that.

Right!, so the last of eargasm's 1st wave of live gigging has finally come to an end. This time the songs didnt go through smoothly, i blame this crack cable i was using, many people dont know the importance of quality guitar cables lo. This particular one i was using produced a myriad of feedback noises and unwanted harmonics, it even surged my volume at one point lor! I MISS TONEDRIVE! WHY THE EGGTART MUST YOU CRAWL OUTTA MY BAG!!!

As a pitiful result, Arie and me found the performance lackluster, but amy and the audience did not, moshing and headbanging was not scarce. Even bludhaven khai got into the fray.hahaha. The new original went okay but still a bit of a slip up though i did mention to the audience that it was a sure to happen.=)

Overall, i'd rate our show a 5.6/10. Cos i know we could've done a hell lot better.=P

After our slot our friends ijal and co. from Beyond Suicidal(deathcore) took the stage, as usual lotsa mats with helmet hair and emo fringes punching and slicing through thin air with their "hardcore dancing..=.=".

After them, we went for a dinner break at beach road, gig organizers unclebob productions paid us 10 bucks a person as a goodwill gesture.((paid gig seh,hahahaha!!))

Came back and watched the lovejets, a buncha indie rockNroll fellers, kinda catchy, like those 50's ballroom thingy(imagine the scene in back to the future when michael j fox took the guitar to play with the band).

BUT! after them ,the real reason why we stayed on had arrived. Turned my head back and saw Vivek,Gene and Damien from local death metal powerhouse BHELLIOM!.

At first there were only like 6? of us in the room and i was like "aww man".lol. But then vivek in his fullmetal semangatness shouted "Alright, its just YOU! and US!, lets fuck this place up!!"

I was like so pumped up after he said that lo. And also a salute to true metal spiritness cos they dun give a fuck if no one's there.

But eventually the place filled up lor.=.=. Was saving the fitness to kill some hardcore kids in the mosh. I remember using my boot to kick this white shirt hardcore kid, felt his bone impact go through my feet.lol=x=x. But fuck them all la hor, retards punching air in a metal show = biggest nonsense ever. Circle pits were in abundance and had a good workout last night,hahaha.

So uhuh,today marks the end of the lastest exam in my ite life, glad thats over and hopefully the "A" streak will continue. Thanks to Mr Foo for his commitment to his career and also checking my exam paper to check if my answers are alright.=D,

And,oh yea, today was so highly unfortunate, hungry ghost festival is getting to me i think.Went to Lee studio to rehearse for Eargasm's show this saturday at bugis( thanks troopers!! tickets all sold out! =P). But on my way there, my guitar case's pocket magically unzipped and let its content out( a well loved and durable and not to mention great sounding ToneDrive instrument cable) . And it bloody hell disappeared into the next dimension or smth cos i could not fuckin find it when i backtracked. But screwit ar, Russ passed me an equally reliable spare! THANKS MAN!!

So, we then practiced through the set a number of times and fine tuned some scratchy parts. Not perfect yet the new original but decent sounding, needs to be arranged again soon.

LOL! ok,its kinda like atmospheric and spoken word in the intros then its gets ultra heavy into a black metal blast beat phrase and bla3 la. Came back from gig not too long ago at F.A.D media., Eargasm's 3rd official and 1st with all original members,

boy was it insane, by far the best show eargasm played in its short life. The vocal and bass amps blew and smoke was reeking, and those were huge!! Screw, thank God we didn't have to pay anything to replace or such cos our tax bracket aint tt significant.=P Amazing crowd, moshed and shoved to every single song and sang with us parts which they knew, but sadly our female troopers couldnt' make it due to ramadhan.

After gig went to visit our boss unclebob who is our original "manager", ((he gets us gigs and new contacts and he owns crawlspace studios,cool or what??)). He was aware his rival F.A.D media engaged us to play with them.., he was cool with it, however he burst out with laughter when he found out we blew 2 of their amps,hahaha, so yea, he got us a slot at 12 sept, details will be out soon.

and heyheyhey, I just written the foundation of whats gonna be eargasm's 3rd original song, just a bit of tweaking and consultation with my superiors and its good to go!! then it'll be just 1 more song to write and we can go recording alr,=D=D

If anyone cares, im so sorry for the lack of updating, like from the heart of my bottom and/or vice versa. =)

Been rather eventful the past few days, most affectionate happening being my first love nasi campur giving me a hell of a time, goes like this, ate in school-go home-vomit-bomb-collapse-vomit-collapse-bomb-vomit......etc.etc. Very unpleasant cos' its just plain suckish, downed 3 bottles of jamu pohchai! and ganbei'ed on apple vinegar, helped a bit la hor, fortunately made a speedy recovery in time for Eargasm's band practice the following day.(((and test today;P)))

Ok that was uber recent, lets go back in time to 15/8,, was supposed to go to a gig that day at this forked up pub called house of rock(hardly), featuring bands "Saitan","AOTS","Xanadoo" and Heidon, but personal recession and forced beer purchasing made me think twice, went down to a friend's bdae party instead at pasir ris park. Was oooooooooook,wait, actually no, kind of a butt pain really, effing boring, there was this couple of hardcore kids who think they know everythannnggg about metull and rock and was blabbing shit and lobster about fictitious stories only they came out with. eg." Woah!,Slash effects all very power ar the way he use" ........FACT : Slash does not use any effects of any sort except for a crybaby wah-wah pedal, and our hardcore friend was not referring to this.........Still got more la hor, waste of finger energy to detail.

So then, Amy and i in our full blooded brO.Otalness decided to venture out into the woods to get some spooky pix, kinda fun, I got a pic wit ghostly orbs in it((if you say light reflection then up to you la hor, but it was pitch black in there and we were armed only with camera phones)), so uhuh, will post a pic later. Then3, finish alr, went to tamp to meet Syarmilla hetf, chilled and laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh til bus and train no more alr, Sad but true.

No worries though , thank God Louis Tan Teck Hwa stayed nearby, and allowed us to put up at his crib for the night.

Waited in line outside fort canning since like 9 am for the best concert on the face of this country since motley crue.

What irked me was the ppl that are first in line are all stupid geeks and posers. There's this typical ah lian twit with an "In Flames" ( a Swedish Melodic Death Metal Band ) tee shirt, nothing wrong with that, but the bloody slut was wearing fucking RED SKINNY JEANS.=.= =.= =.=.WHORE-BOMINATION 1!

Oh and this other bitch, very round,again nth wrong with that, has helmet for hair, listening to Lady fucking Gaga and wearing a Lamb Of God tee. What's this? who can wear the heaviest metal band tee shirt contest or what? WHOREBOMINATION 2!

But on the lighter note, hahaha, saw a few familiar faces over there as well, Gat from local Grindcore band CARDIAC NECROPSY was there with his chicks as usual, Subash from Death Metal band Truth Be Known , Vivek from Death Metal/Thrash band Bhelliom and Taufik from HardRock/Standard Metal(lol) band Metalgunz.

Was blessed to be at the front for NIN and they gave an awesome show lasting 2 hrs 15 mins, kinda long as most foreign bands never go beyond 1 1/2 hours at our shores. Pictures will be up soon and so will be some videos.=D, in the meanwhile, this was their setlist, do check out if you wanna.

STUPID HAIR DUE TO STUPID WAX!

Fabian had an eventful 1st half of the weekend.

Friday was ok, sch was awesome tt day cos only a handful of us turned up, so Foo(teacher) became nicer and gave us like both QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS of the test thats happening in the coming week!! hahaha, no need to study alr, guaranteed A and maintain GPA,

Went jamming in the late afternoon and practiced for the next day gig, then met dudette and russel at np and went walk2, the usual stuff...., talk too much,mouth hurt, then laugh at ppl and my crappy jokes and ended the day with buying dudette cake from prima deli which i owed her.Hopefully by the fake blessings of mother north, i made her happy. =)

Began saturday with going to shop and buying batteries for my effect pedals and in the process unbelievably forgetting to get breakfast,(=.=), ,.Ha, thereafter going home to ready my bandwear and get my axe into gigging condish,,,, left the house after a long shower and wardrobe debate . Went to NSS first as i had BB band as well, thank God no big practice, then made my way to MRT to meet the dudes.

Proceeded to Bugis for our gig, met a few familiar faces, Psycho Fai frm ironfist, Jon the black metal warrior, Balaq the harley man , Arip Giler and Louis the punks, and of course Elly and Tina, hahaha,

Our set lasted for only 20 mins cos it was primarily a punk gig and the reception was not as heavenly as our last show, so we just rushed through, though we still sounded good,=D
